Caregiving NC II
What is Caregiving NC II?
The Caregiving NC II enables an individual to become a certified, qualified, trained and committed professional by acquiring both knowledge and skills to take care of the elderly, people with disability, infants and children.

How long will the training take?
Our training complies with the training regulations of TESDA which has to be completed within a period of 6 months, in a classroom setting.

Where can I work after taking the said training?
After your training, you can work in any parts of this world, that’s why we have the tag line, Giving Care to the World, from the Heart.

Is the on-the-job training (OJT) or practicum included in the 6 months CG training?
No. Time spent performing OJT or practicum is not included in the 6 months of training.

When can I enroll?
Enrollment is continuous and on-going. You can enroll anytime and start your training at the next opening of a scheduled module.

Is there an age limit to apply as a caregiver?
She / He can apply as a Caregiver as long as the applicant is qualified and capable to do the job.

Do you provide employment assistance to your students?
No. Caregiver training centers are not allowed to engage in activities related to recruitment. Instead, we provide our graduates with FREE documentation, filing assistance and interview preparation.

HealthCare Service
What is a Healthcare Service Provider? Is it the same with a Caregiver?

Healthcare Service Providers
have a lot of work alternatives. They can work in assisted living facilities, hospice, residential care centers, retirement centers, clinics, hospitals, day care facilities, doctor’s office, etc. They work closely with medically ill patients. They can also perform responsibilities of a Caregiver.

Caregivers
have less working alternatives. They are generally hired to work at a client’s home. They might also find jobs in nursing homes or retirement communities. Caregivers are eligible to help patients, suffering from mild dementia, but no medical conditions. These professionals cannot perform the duties of a Healthcare Service Provider.

Is Certified Nursing Assistant the same as Nursing Assistant?
No. A Certified Nursing Assistant is a graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program and has passed State Certification Examination administered by the State Department of Health Services.

Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit. As long as you are qualified and capable to do the work you can become a Healthcare Service Provider.

Aside from hospitals, they have a lot of employment opportunities where they can apply for work and these are the following:

I don’t have any plans of going abroad, will the training still help me?
Health Care Services NC II training also provides employment opportunities here in the Philippines. More importantly, you can now apply your basic nursing skills to the healthcare needs of your own family members.

Massage Therapy NC II
Is PinoyWish Training Center massage therapy training Nationally Accredited?
Yes. We are accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Will PWTC massage training curriculum prepare me for a career in massage therapy?
Yes. Our 560-hour program gives you the skills that employers demand while also providing you with the knowledge and confidence to build your own thriving personal practice.

Why 560 hours?
To be certified as a Massage Therapist in the Philippines, you need a minimum of 560 hours of education. This is also the required number of hours of training to receive your National Certification. The National Certification represents the standard in the field and provides a competitive edge throughout the Philippines.

What job opportunities are available to therapeutic massage practitioners?
Demand for massage therapists is at an all-time high and continuing to grow. As a practitioner in massage, you may be self-employed, a salaried employee or work on a commission basis. Opportunities include private practice, spas, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, sports clinics, doctor’s offices, and nursing homes.

Hilot ( Wellness Massage ) NC II

What is Hilot Wellness Massage Program?
Hilot is a specific and traditional type of massage that provides both therapeutic and relaxation effects to clients.

What is the difference between Hilot Wellness Massage and Massage Therapy?
Hilot is a specific and a traditional type of massage that uses Bentosa and other Traditional Filipino Hilot Massage (Dagdagay, Banana Leaf Scanning, and the Tradtional Hilot) while Massage Therapy is composed of different types of massage (Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, etc.).

What are the job opportunities for Hilot Wellness Massage Program?
You can work part-time or full-time at wellness facilities, salons, spas, resorts and elderly homes or build your own SPA business.

Where is OJT conducted?
OJT is being conducted either in-house (inside APC&HTC) or at nearby Barangays.
