Course Description
The Practical Nursing Program of PinoyWish Training Center, Inc. (PWTC) is a two-year diploma program that prepares the students to become health care professionals by fully equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude of Institutional Health Care NC II in accordance with industry standards. Aside from learning the basic and common competencies, it covers core competencies in preparing and maintaining beds, collecting and maintaining linen stocks at end-user locations, assisting with patient mobility, transport and bio-psychosocial support care of patients and handling waste in a health care environment.
Program Objectives
PWTC ensures quality practical nursing education and training by providing the students with a comprehensive training program, learning materials and equipment utilized by practical nurses in the health care industry, and different learning modalities. All these are employed by professional, experienced and qualified faculty members during the entire course of the program.
