Food and Beverage Services NC II
This program focuses on the delivery of foundational competencies to prepare persons for higher learning and focuses on post-secondary technical vocational education and training for middle-level learners. These learners refer to those who have acquired practical skills and knowledge through formal and non-formal education and training equivalent to at least a secondary education or skilled workers who have become highly competent in their trade or craft as attested by industry. All TESDA learners go through a certification process as promulgated in the Philippine TVET Quality Framework to evince competency.

Vision
TESDA Program Department shall be a technical vocational training and assessment center providing skilled workers that is globally competitive by fostering a training environment with complete facilities and equipments accessible to all and to develop technically competent individual possessing desirable work attitudes and behavior that will be a productive member of society.

Mission
To produce skilled and globally competitive graduates with higher order thinking skills, innovative and creative and with foundational life skills in pursuit of lifelong learning opportunities with the standards of technical vocational programs and industry requirements relevant to nation-building.
